Who are we ?

Kavanagh Timber Contractors is a specialist structural carpentry company based in Avoca Co. Wicklow with a broad range of clients nationwide and abroad.

With a small but select team of carpenters, we specialise in the making of structural timberwork with traditional joinery.

We are dedicated to the highest level of service and professionalism to help our clients achieve their dreams. The way in which we work is steeped in tradition as each clients requirements are unique.

Our aim is to give the client something which is both aesthetically beautiful and built to last.

What do we do ?

We help to design, and then we make, unique post and beam frames of trusses in the workshop the traditional way. Instead of many identical pieces, our trusses and frames feature organic shapes and individual pieces varying in size and shape. Once finished we transport the timberwork to site and very quickly raise the frame.

This process also applies to smaller projects, including decks, attic conversions, porches, flooring etc.
